  Daku has developed and modified the materials of power battery trays, and their pertinence and focus are also different. Specifically, there are mainly four special modified materials:

  Enhanced modification A: It has the advantages of rigidity, toughness, strength, thermal deformation, corrosion resistance, etc., the shrinkage rate is controlled at about 1.5‰, the flame retardant level is V0, and the comprehensive index is excellent. It is mainly used for high precision control requirements and complex structures. Pallet products with uneven part size and aspect ratio.

  Enhanced modification B: It has the advantages of high strength, high toughness, good dimensional stability, basically no post-shrinkage, little influence by humidity and temperature, etc., the shrinkage rate is controlled at about 2-4‰, the flame retardant level is V0, and the mechanical properties are excellent , Mainly used for pallet products with large battery specifications, large number of trays, and large loads.

  Enhanced modification C: It has the advantages of high precision, high dimensional stability, easy processing, less deformation, etc., flame retardant grade V0, but at the same time, the heat distortion temperature is low, and it is not resistant to organic solvent corrosion; mainly used for <45℃, no Tray products in the process section of electrolyte leakage.

  Reinforced modification D: Excellent performance at high temperature, good corrosion resistance, less rigidity than toughness, good high temperature resistance, etc., flame retardant grade V0, but at the same time high thermal expansion coefficient, suitable for balanced pallet products in aspect ratio.
