SES Power LT series LiFePO4 battery is specifically designed for cold temperature charging and discharging. It can be charged at temperatures down to -20°C (-4°F) and disarged at temperatures down to -40°C (-40°F).The LT Series LiFePO4 battery has the same size and performance as LT Series LiFePO4 battery but can be safely used when temperatures drop as low as -40°C. It is an ideal choice for use in RVs, off-grid solar, and in any application where charging in cold temperatures is necessary.

1. Confirm whether the charging device or charger of the system supports charging the lithium iron phosphate battery and whether the parameters are appropriate. 2. Make relevant records for the system host, old battery packs, battery monitors and other equipment, especially the placement of each layer of batteries and the wiring of the battery monitors. On-site engineers must make a mark and draw a connection diagram to ensure that the effect of the battery pack after replacement is consistent with the original situation.
3. Disconnect the connection switch between the energy storage host and the battery, and disassemble the original battery. When removing the old battery, you need to remove it from the top to the next section of the battery rack. At the same time, remove a screw and wrap the cable connector with electrical tape to insulate it to prevent the positive and negative poles from being short-circuited. .
4. After placing the old battery that has been removed, start to install the new battery. The new battery needs to be installed from the bottom layer of the battery rack, the position is the same as the original one, the connector screws must be tightened, the connecting wires must be neat, the curvature should be the same, and there should be a proper gap between the batteries. Short circuit is strictly prohibited during this process.
5. After the new batteries are installed, they must be carefully tested to confirm that the positive and negative poles of each battery are connected correctly. Finally, measure whether the total voltage of the battery pack is the correct voltage value calculated before installation.
6. After ensuring that the battery pack and the system host are normal, close the battery pack switch to restore the system to normal operation.
7. Detect and record the working voltage, current, charging voltage and working status of the system.
