The technology is independently developed by Wuxi Zhongding Integration Technology Co., Ltd. The company’s deputy general manager Weng Zhongjie introduced that domestic equipment manufacturers in the power lithium battery industry are mainly engaged in the manufacture of single dedicated equipment. The core system integration technology and equipment in this field are basically monopolized by Japan and South Korea. Not only are they expensive, but also in lithium battery models. There are major limitations in transformation.

　　 It is reported that the project has the following innovations: (1) The power lithium-ion battery intelligent gripping and picking technology has been developed, combined with intelligent application technologies such as robots and high-definition vision processing, to achieve emergency disposal of dangerous goods. (2) Developed the temperature control trigger system for the lithium-ion battery onboard fire extinguisher, equipped with fire extinguishing devices on the left and right sides of the stacker where the lithium ion battery is accessed, including fire sensors, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers and fire extinguishing controllers. (3) The system integrates on-line rapid automatic sorting technology of power lithium-ion batteries, special stacker energy feedback technology, and production control software system to achieve efficient online rejection of defective products, energy-saving production and other functions.

　　 The project results have independent intellectual property rights, and have obtained 14 authorized invention patents, 4 utility model patents and 13 software copyrights. The industry believes that the product of the project is a typical intelligent complete system, which is fully in line with the priority development themes of "National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan Outline (2006-2020)" and "Made in China 2025". Therefore, this technological breakthrough is of great significance for promoting the overall development of China's power lithium battery upstream and downstream industrial chain, comprehensively improving the technical level of the intelligent manufacturing industry, and accelerating the realization of the national industry 4.0 strategic goals.
