One, annual maintenance
1. Recursively keep all content every quarter.
2. Check the connection points between all batteries to ensure that the connections are tight and reliable.
3. Try to use the battery as much as possible for the internal resistance test. Because the internal resistance of the battery is wirelessly related to the capacity, the internal resistance of the battery cannot be used to directly represent the accurate capacity of the battery, but the internal resistance of the battery can be used in a "normal" state.
Second, quarterly maintenance
1. Visually check whether the outer surface of the battery is clean, the integrity of the casing and cover, whether the appearance of the battery is swollen or deformed, and whether the battery has signs of overheating.
2. Check and record the ambient temperature of the battery system and the average temperature that can represent the system at the unified inspection point of the battery system every quarter.
3. Measure and record the total floating charge voltage of the battery terminal and compare it with the value displayed on the panel meter. If there is a difference, find the cause and correct it in time.
4. Measure and record the floating charge voltage of each battery in the system. Under normal circumstances, it should fluctuate within a certain range. If an abnormality is found, the cause should be found and corrected.
5. Recovery discharge test. Cut off the power and use the battery to provide power. After finding that the capacity of an individual battery is low, it should be charged in a balanced manner. If the capacity is not recovered after the balanced charging, the battery with too low capacity should be replaced.
Three, daily maintenance
1. Make sure the battery surface is clean and dry.
2. Always pay attention to changes in the ambient temperature of the battery system and the appearance of the battery.
3. Frequently check the online float voltage of the battery and the float voltage of the battery pack (total terminal voltage), compare it with the panel display, and make corrections if necessary.
4. Ensure that the battery cabinet or battery compartment is clean and well ventilated or has sufficient light.
