We have set up our R&D center exclusively in Dongguan, adjacent to Huawei R&D center, which covers professional techniques of industrial design, electronic, power supply, structure, process, software, measurement and control, electrochemistry, OME, signal processing, instruments and apparatus, etc. There are nearly 20 people for the technical team, and our chief engineer has more than 20 years of experience in the research and development of lithium batteries and new energy systems.

1) Comprehensive high-end smart lithium battery products, relying on 4G/5G, IoT and other new technologies, can realize wired/wireless, distributed comprehensive monitoring and control, while using wisdom terminal AI technology for system management and fault analysis, to achieve automatic management, automatic pre-judgment, automatic maintenance and other functions;


2) Realized ultra-low temperature lithium battery product solutions, with discharge efficiency up to 80% at -40 degrees Celsius! 80%!At -60 degrees, discharge efficiency is 60%.Of course,the battery can be recharged normaly at -30 degrees!


3) Achieved 2,000A current impact management and energy system life assurance, so that it can be fully applied to 12V/24V vehicle lead-acid battery replacement and meet the power output requirements of large UPS/inverter;


4) Provide one-stop customized product services including solar panels, chargers, inverter systems, power control systems (PCS), LED lighting, etc.

Sensitive Li-ion batteries are usually equipped with an intelligent battery management system to maximize the operational reliability and life of these batteries. These batteries are used in intelligent applications in which they communicate with the end device or with the charging station and exchange information such as current, voltage, residual capacitance, temperatures, charging cycles, etc.


By connecting a Bluetooth or WIFI module, there are a multitude of possibilities for manufacturers and end users. This integration of a Bluetooth or WIFI module in the battery (a key part of a battery-powered application) not only allows access to data and parameters in the battery but also to information in the end application and the charger. The processing of service operations also becomes child’s play.


SES power developed an app for Android mobile phone, with which all relevant information from the battery can be read, displayed and evaluated. As required, access to battery and end device is possible. Using this app, the live data from the battery can also be graphically displayed and logged. The app can be provided with access rights or restrictions. Software can be tailored for your specific application in order to adapt the advantages of the system in devices already available on the market.


In addition to Bluetooth, SMBus, we are glad to provide our professional customers with highly reliable customized software for industrial grade RS485, CAN2.0, SNMP, etc.

Apply the cell of well-known international brands and self-developed special cell of SES power. Our original technology can ensure the normal use of lithium batteries at -60℃ and normal charging at -30℃, which is the real low temperature battery technology.


BMS:

Adopts imported components with multiple protection functions of communication, equilibrium, reverse charging, temperature protection, overcharging, over-discharging, over-current and short circuit. SES power has a strong R&D team that can develop functions according to customers' needs and also customize and develop communication protocols such as Bluetooth, RS485, Can2.0, SMBus, etc. for customers.


Structure and Process Design:

Based on users’ requirements, we adopt process of explosion-proof, waterproof, dustproof, flame retardant, triaxial vibration, multi-point molding junction, film heating and heat balance management to ensure the security, reliability and stability of the product.
