  Power generation is the most important indicator of photovoltaic power plants. However, the power generation capacity of power stations with the same installed capacity may vary greatly. How did the difference in power generation capacity come about? What factors will have a big impact on the power generation of the system?

  We must be clear that photovoltaic modules are the only source of power generation. Inverters, management systems, energy storage systems, transmission circuits, etc. all serve photovoltaic modules.

  The layout of photovoltaic modules is critical. The performance of the power station will be different if the same modules are used in different combinations. The rated working voltage of a three-phase inverter is generally around 600V. If the voltage of the photovoltaic module is set low, the boost circuit will operate frequently, which will have a certain impact on the efficiency.

  Similarly, the laying and installation of photovoltaic modules is very important. The orientation, arrangement, inclination of photovoltaic modules, and whether there are shelters, these factors will affect the power generation. No matter how the adjustment is made, the purpose is to receive more and stronger light radiation.

  In principle, different latitude areas require that the installation inclination angle of the components should be close to or greater than the local latitude value, but this needs to be based on the actual situation and cannot be implemented mechanically. Wind resistance, wind, rain and snow throughout the year and other weather factors must be considered.

  In addition, various possible occlusions are always a factor that needs to be avoided. In actual application scenarios, occlusion is even the biggest killer that affects power generation. Because if half of a photovoltaic module is blocked, it will be blocked and almost no current is generated.   "Grid fluctuation" refers to the situation where the voltage value or frequency value of the power grid changes too much and too frequently, which causes the load power supply in the station area to be unstable.   The power generation of the photovoltaic system is a cumulative value. As long as the power generation is in standby or shutdown, the power generation cannot be accumulated, and the result is that the power generation is reduced. At the same time, if there are too many photovoltaic power stations in a certain area, and there is no way to fully digest their power generation locally, these photovoltaic systems also face the problem of grid fluctuations.
