  Assembly process of lithium iron phosphate battery pack:

  1. Choose suitable batteries, and match the capacity, voltage, and internal resistance of the batteries before assembly.

  Lithium-ion battery (LIB) has become the main energy storage solution in modern social life. Among them, lithium iron phosphate batteries are a perfect substitute for lead-acid batteries and are the first choice in the energy storage industry.

  Advantages of lithium iron phosphate batteries:

  

  1. Small size and light weight. The volume of the lithium iron phosphate battery is 1/3 of the volume of the lead-acid battery, and the weight is 1/3 of the lead-acid battery.

  2. The cycle life of lithium iron phosphate batteries is 2000-4000 times, while that of traditional lead-acid batteries is only 500-900 times.

  3. Good high-temperature performance: The thermal peak value of lithium iron phosphate battery can reach 350℃-500℃, and that of lead-acid battery is only about 200℃.

  4. High-rate discharge: The discharge rate of lithium iron phosphate batteries can still reach 90% at a discharge rate of 5C.

  5. Fast charging: Lithium batteries can be charged and discharged quickly at high current 2C, but lead-acid batteries have no such performance.

  6. Eco-friendly: Lithium iron phosphate batteries are environmentally friendly batteries.

  7. Memory effect: The shortcomings of lead-acid batteries, lithium iron phosphate batteries do not have this phenomenon.
