On the 22nd, Miaosheng Power Technology Co., Ltd., an intelligent manufacturing demonstration enterprise of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, released the three-minute China super fast charging power battery system and electric vehicles. This new technology is expected to solve the worldwide problem of fast charging of electric vehicles.
As the "heart" of electric vehicles, the performance of power batteries restricts the development of electric vehicles. Battery life is short, charging is slow, and there are certain safety hazards, which are the major "death points" of current power batteries.
In order to break through these industry problems, after years of painstaking research and development, researchers have conducted in-depth research on the three major battery material systems, including cathode materials, anode materials, and electrolyte, and achieved a major breakthrough in the new energy automobile industry.
Compared with the 30-minute fast charge that is already excellent enough in the industry, the world’s first mass-produced 3-minute super fast charge battery is released this time, which can continue to charge at a rate of 15C or more, and charge more than 80% in 3 minutes with 1C charge. It has a life of more than 10,000 cycles of discharge, and it can start normally and charge quickly even in an extremely cold and low temperature (-20°C) environment.
It is understood that the data indicators are commissioned by a new energy vehicle power battery testing agency to conduct a full range of charging efficiency testing, and a third-party authoritative notary agency is invited to supervise the entire process of its charging and discharging testing.
So far, Miaosheng’s super fast charging electric vehicle has completed 36,000 kilometers inspection, and has experienced four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter, as well as road tests in different environments and different roads. The car weighs 1700kg, is equipped with 23.8 kWh of electricity, battery energy density is about 150wh/kg, and has a maximum range of 202 kilometers, which means that the energy consumption per 100 kilometers is only 11.78 kWh, which is much lower than the existing 16 kWh. / Low consumption of one hundred kilometers.
This fast charge battery is suitable for new energy passenger cars, online car-hailing cars, taxis and other types of vehicles, which can reduce the number and weight of batteries carried by the vehicle itself. While shortening the charging time, the high-efficiency thermal management system ensures that the liquid-cooled battery and battery immune system can operate efficiently and stably even when the fast charging exceeds 350KW. After thousands of experiments, the unit charge capacity of Miaosheng super fast rechargeable battery is only 10%-20% of the heat produced by ordinary batteries. It has passed a number of national safety requirements and can truly achieve no fire, explosion, and liquid leakage.
