Cell Capacity Grading

Capacity Difference≤20mAh

After capacity grading, stay still for 48-72h and then distribute.

Voltage/ Internal Impedance/ Automatic Sorting and Matching

Voltage Difference≤5mV

Internal Impedance Difference≤5mΩ

18 cells with similar voltage internal impedance are distributed together.

Cell Spot Welding

SES Power uses specialized jigs, excellent nickel tapes, and highly automated equipment to securely connect the cells.

Welded PCM/BMS

Before this step, SES Power performs a rigorous test on the PCM/BMS individually to confirm that they have no missing parts and that they are performing perfectly.

Battery Insulation

Because the lithium-ion battery pack is composed of multiple cells connected in series and parallel, we must insulate the semi-finished battery pack with insulating materials such as insulating paper, PVC, glass fiber board, solid glue and so on.

Battery Pack Aging

This step performs a complete charging and discharging process and records the data that occurs during this process. This ensures that the capacity and performance of the battery pack will meet your customized needs.

PVC Shrink Wrapping

1) Position the ends after heat shrinking.

2) Then heat shrink the middle part.

3) Put PVC film in the middle. It will not turn white after stretching. No holes.

Finished Product Performance Test

Voltage:10.8~11.7V

Internal Impedance:≤150mΩ

Charge-discharge and overcurrent performance test.

This session will test the output voltage, charging, discharging, dynamic voltage, internal resistance, overcurrent protection and other performance of the finished lithium battery pack.

Battery Code-spurting

Finally, SES Power will make a sticker or code-spurting of the corresponding battery information on the surface according to your custom requirements.
