Lithium battery grading: a simple understanding is capacity classification, performance screening and classification.
After a batch of lithium batteries is completed, although the size is the same, the battery capacity will vary. Therefore, the capacitor must be fully charged according to the specification and then discharged according to the specified current (after discharge). The time it takes to discharge the battery multiplied by the discharge current is the battery capacity.
Only the tested capacity is equal to or greater than the designed capacity, the lithium battery is qualified. The process of screening qualified batteries through the capacity test step is called grading.
The capacity of the lithium battery is completed by the capacity grading device.
The capacity-grading equipment monitors and records the data of each detection point through the electronic system, so as to analyze the size and internal resistance of the battery and other data to determine the quality level of the battery.
In order to ensure the quality and consistency of lithium batteries, each lithium battery needs to undergo a volumetric step.
Lithium-ion battery (LIB) has become the main energy storage solution in modern social life. Among them, lithium iron phosphate batteries are a perfect replacement for lead-acid batteries, and they are the first choice for grid-connected peak shaving, off-grid energy storage, photovoltaic energy storage, UPS, data center and other industries.
