Steps to perform cycle life test on lithium batteries!solar panel outdoor Manufacturing

  The cycle life of lithium batteries has always been the focus of consumers' concern, so how to conduct cycle life tests on lithium batteries?

  The following description takes lithium iron phosphate battery as a sample.

  First: Install the test battery on the test instrument and place it in a test environment of (25±1)℃.

  Second: Set up the following program on the cycle test instrument:

  (1) Let stand for 10 min.

  (2) Charge to 3.65 V at a constant current of 0.5 C.

  (3) Then charge at a constant voltage of 3.65V until the charging current drops to 0.05 C and stop the charging

  (4) Let stand for 10 min.

  (5) Then discharge to 2.0 V at a constant current of 0.5 current.

  (6) Repeat the above charging and discharging steps 1000 to 4000 times.

  When testing the actual capacity of the lithium battery pack material, try to use a small rate for charging and discharging to reduce the capacity error caused by polarization and obtain the true capacity of the battery.

  Due to the large number of test channels, the test battery and test channels need to be specially marked, and eye-catching labels should be posted in front of the relevant instruments to prevent misoperation by others.
