  The remaining capacity of lead-acid batteries can be compared intuitively with voltage. What is the relationship between the remaining capacity of lithium iron phosphate batteries and voltage?

  The nominal voltage of the lithium iron phosphate battery is 3.2V, the high end charging voltage is 3.6V, and the low end discharge voltage is 2.0V. Due to the different quality and technology of the positive and negative materials and electrolyte materials used by various manufacturers, there will be some differences in their performance.

  Regarding the relationship between the capacity and voltage of the lithium iron phosphate battery, we take the 12V100Ah lithium iron phosphate battery commonly used to replace lead-acid batteries to illustrate:

  12V100ah lithium iron phosphate battery in a static state:  

  The voltage point of 25% capacity is 12.30V.

  The voltage point of 50% capacity is 12.80V.

  The voltage point of 75% capacity is 13.20V

  The voltage point of 100% capacity is 14.20V

  12V100ah LiFePO4 battery under charging status (20A standard charging state):  

  The voltage point of 25% capacity is 12.50V.

  The voltage point of 50% capacity is 13.00V.

  The voltage point of 75% capacity is 13.40V

  The voltage point of 100% capacity is 14.40V

  12V100ah lithium iron phosphate battery under charging state (20A standard discharging state):  

  The voltage point of 25% capacity is 12.20V.

  The voltage point of 50% capacity is 12.70V.

  The voltage point of 75% capacity is 13.00V

  The voltage point of 100% capacity is 14.00V
