  It is understood that at present, European solar panel manufacturers have begun to establish their own scrap business, and special allocations for the recycling and subsequent processing of discarded solar panels.

  The United States has not paid much attention to this issue so far. Even if the "Resource Protection and Recycling Act" was revised, it still did not include obsolete solar panels.

  US Environmental Protection Agency data believes that the amount of "solar e-waste" is negligible. In this regard, some analysts warned that with the rapid development of the solar energy industry, the scrapping rate of solar panels in the future will be faster than expected and larger in scale.

  Countries around the world should formulate relevant recycling incentive policies and measures, and at the same time develop sufficient recycling infrastructure. Only by creating a profitable recycling market can the cleanliness and sustainability of the solar energy industry be best reflected.
