Under what environment should lithium batteries be stored

　　When using the lithium battery of an electric forklift, the high temperature of the working environment should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius. When the low temperature is not less than -5 degrees Celsius, if these two limit temperatures are exceeded, the battery needs to be customized.

　　Lithium batteries can be used in the cold storage for no more than one hour (above -20 degrees Celsius), but they cannot be placed in the cold storage or charged, and cannot be over-discharged.

　　Stop using the battery when it is less than the alarm power, or it may cause the battery to fail and cannot be used. It must be repaired by the manufacturer and cannot be over-discharged, otherwise the battery will be damaged.

　　When it is not needed for a long time, it cannot be stored fully charged and should be charged and stored. Full grid storage will cause damage to lithium-ion batteries. Generally 50-70% of electricity storage.

　　Electric forklifts generally use lithium iron phosphate batteries, which have a higher safety factor than ternary lithium batteries.

　　Lithium batteries will only burn when there is a short-circuit failure, obvious extrusion shock, and high-temperature polarization. Lithium iron phosphate battery will burn slowly in an accident, but it is not easy to explode.

　　Storage of the natural environment

　　1. Lithium batteries should be stored in a clean, dry and ventilated indoor environment with a relative humidity of not more than 75% at 20±5°.

　　2. Prevent contact with corroded objects, prevent heat below 2 meters, and prevent moisture.

　　3. The battery pack is positive and negative should not fall into all conductive dirt, such as metal materials.

　　4. The battery pack should prevent impact and pressure on mechanical equipment.
