  The difference between gel batteries and traditional lead-acid batteries is not only that electro-hydraulic batteries are changed to gels. For example, non-solid hydrocolloids belong to colloidal batteries in terms of their electrochemical classification structure and properties. Another example is the adhesion of polymer materials on the grid, commonly known as ceramic grid, which can also be regarded as an application feature of colloidal batteries. The particle size of the colloid and its surfactant determines its electrochemical properties. Gel batteries have experienced ups and downs related to the development of colloidal materials and technological maturity in history. Although nanosols have been developed in the past three or two years, and more production practices for the electrochemical application of surfactants have been developed, it is difficult for manufacturers to select suitable gel-state colloids in a short period of time.

  The water-based adhesive is designed as an intermediate product from the acid battery to the gel battery. It has the characteristics of removing the physical gel skeleton and maintaining the characteristics of functional polymer groups and surfactants.

  Advantages: Gel batteries have no common industrial problems. The manufacturing process is exactly the same as that of acid batteries. After use, the capacity increases by 5-15%, and the battery life is extended by 50-100%. The substrate has strong sulfation ability, and the corrosion of the grid after sulfuric acid reforming is much less. There is no need to add sodium sulfate, phosphoric acid, etc. to the sulfuric acid after using the water-based adhesive.
