Large manufacturers usually use laser welding machines for terminal welding.   BMS is the core technology for the safety of the entire lithium battery pack. When the battery has any faults such as overvoltage charging, overcurrent discharge, battery short circuit, etc., the fault current can be quickly cut off through the BMS to prevent the risk of thermal runaway of the battery.

  Choose a suitable lithium battery material system.

  The lithium battery material system includes lithium iron phosphate, lithium manganate, and NCM ternary lithium technology.   Unlike lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries have their own BMS, which is an intelligent battery with self-management and control capabilities, and communicates with photovoltaic energy storage and UPS hosts through CAN, RS485 and other protocols. Therefore, before using the lithium battery, the photovoltaic energy storage and the UPS host need to perform strict matching tests with them, and the overall system software needs to be updated for this lithium battery.
