  Selection of battery material systems

  This is the most critical point. The selection of cells with different material systems will affect the price of the entire lithium battery.   Demand and design of lithium battery PCM/BMS

  Both PCM and BMS systems have basic protections: overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, overcurrent protection and short circuit protection. Overtemperature protection can be added according to product requirements.

  PCM is a low-cost basic protection. BMS is high-cost intelligent management and maintenance.

  BMS can do real-time monitoring of battery parameters, battery state estimation, online diagnosis and early warning, charge, discharge and pre-charge control, balance management and thermal management, etc. At the same time, it has a variety of communication functions. The communication protocol can be divided into I2C, RS485, RS232, CANBUS, HDQ, SMBUS, etc.
