　　The research and development department of Samsung Electronics has successfully synthesized a kind of "graphene ball", which can be used to extend the battery life and speed up the charging speed of lithium batteries. The graphene ball material can increase the battery capacity by 45%, and the charging speed can be accelerated by 5 times. If the existing lithium battery takes 1 hour to fully charge, it can be shortened to 12 minutes after adopting this new technology.

　　In addition, this graphene material technology can allow lithium batteries to still work normally at 60 degrees Celsius, and it will have broad prospects in the field of new energy vehicles.

　　Samsung Electronics stated that it has applied for patents for this technology in South Korea and the United States.
